Trouble signing in?
I don't remember where I subscribed.
If you paid on this website, your subscription is with Stripe: use “Manage my subscription”. If you subscribed in the reChain Grib app, it is in your App Store or Google Play account. If in doubt, write to jclevenne@jcskipper.com.
I don't receive the sign-in code.
Check your spam folder, and that you use the right address: your tracking account email for the member area, your purchase email for Stripe. The code expires quickly: ask for a new one if needed.
Do tracking and Premium share the same account?
No. The tracking page is free and has its own sign-in. Premium unlocks unlimited weather and assistant requests. You can use the same email address for both.
